Born to Be Bad?

I know we've all probably asked ourselves at one point, "have I committed any mortal sins?" Here's a handy list to help you answer that:

Abortion,
Anger,
Adulterers,
Amending the words of the Holy Bible,
Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, (Eternal sin)
Carousing,
Cowards,
Defrauders,

Disrespect towards parents,
Drunkenness,
Enmities,
Envy,
Factions,
Faithless,
False witness (liars)
Fornicators,
Greed,
Holy Communion received while in a state of mortal sin,
Idolatry,
Impurity,
Jealousy,
Licentiousness,
Love and practice falsehoods,
Male prostitution,
Murderers,
Polluted,

Honestly, there are some sins I couldn't tell you whether I've committed or not, and only a handful I can assure you I haven't. For instance, I don't think I've committed sorcery (at best, you could get me on intent to commit sorcery). Also, it seems unfair to me to have "received Holy Communion while in a state of mortal sin" on there. Come on, man, I'm already guilty of mortal sin. You're just adding to my headaches.

Drunk while taking a communion would count. Note that they serve the wine at mass AFTER holy communion.

Sweet! I'm a-ok with my sordid history of female prostitution.

No Adrianne, you would still be a fornicater

And possibly also impurity? Doesn't that one seem a little vague to everyone?

Also, I don't see why they needed "drunkenness" and "carousing" on the list. Dude, if I'm drunk, I'm obviously carousing.

Unless you are drinking at home. Alone. Then you are clearly not carousing. Carousing indicates that you are out and about and merrymaking (and hitting last call)

But how often are you carousing when not drinking?
