Instant Classics
Ed Felten has signed off for the holidays with a bunch of updated Christmas stories, such as
How the Grinch Pwned Christmas: The Grinch, determined to stop Christmas, hacks into Amazon's servers and cancels all deliveries to Who-ville. The Whos celebrate anyway, gathering in a virtual circle and exchanging user-generated content. When the Grinch sees this, his heart grows two sizes and he priority-ships replacement gifts to Who-ville.
Bo, Josh, Jon, Jurvis, and Tony will be amused. Adrianne will think it's adorable, in so far as she gets the jokes. Adam will be amused, but will feel guilty for liking it and make some crack about how lame I am to cover it up. Everyone else will just think I'm lame.

Which jokes in that would be over my head? Are they so over my head that I'm missing them entirely?
Also, this would only be adorable if it were accompanied by a wee illustration of said internet-savvy Whos.

Much like how Sony pwned me with their unsellable PS3. I ended up with a net profit of $-8 on the deal. I was at $-4 but USPS told me that because the woman lived near, I could get it to her before Christmas by paying $4 extra. I decided that if I'm gonna lose money on this thing, I might as well make someone happy.
Now her spoiled brat of a kid will get a PS3 for Christmas. Poor woman.

Yeah, I wrote the paragraph thinking there were more technical jokes in the original post, but looking back all you really have to know is what DRM is. Sorry, you really shouldn't have made the list of people mentioned at all.
Also, Bo, I'm impressed that you got that close to breaking even.

I would call you lame, but you know what they say about living in glass houses.
I'll go back to leveling my Red Mage and catching up with Naruto now.
