Tobias from Arrested Development, also Dave from Mr. Show with Bob & Dave. He's also a semi-regular on the Colbert Report (where he plays fake Al Franken to Steve's fake Bill O'Reilly) and was in a bunch of movies, such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. toad key cracker
